Totally fair concern! It’s exactly why this course is structured the way it is. This isn’t a reckless “eat steak forever and ignore everything else” approach. The framework is animal-based/carnivore-leaning, with a focus on nutrient-dense choices (beef, eggs, seafood, and optional organ foods and dairy if you tolerate them). Inside the course, I show you how to build your version of this in a way that’s practical, sustainable, and not built on guesswork — including the common “missing pieces” people overlook (like electrolytes and food quality).
